Silverknowes 5K

Inverclyde Athletic Club’s Nynke Mulholland and Millie McClelland-Brooks were among the

fastest females at the Silverknowes 5K in Edinburgh, with both athletes going under 17

minutes for the distance.

Nynke set a new personal best of 16min 49sec, finishing in sixth place, closely followed by

Millie on her tail in 16:51, also setting a new PB and coming in as the second Under-17

runner.

Peter Bradshaw was eighth in the men’s category, also placing second amongst Under-

20s in a new personal best of 14:34.

Close behind was his teammate Ross Gray in 28 th , who came close to dipping under 15

minutes, in a time of 15:03.
